What we collect
This site has no user accounts, no newsletter, no analytics platform, no advertising network, no tracking pixels, no social plugins and no third-party scripts of any kind.
The contact form on the Contact page does not transmit or store any data. Submitting the form displays a thank-you message only; nothing is sent to a server or saved in a database.
Cookie consent
The only item stored on your device is your cookie-consent choice, saved under the key cookie-consent in local storage (not a cookie). It records whether you accepted or refused the consent notice. It expires when you clear site data or use the cookie-preferences control in the footer to reset your choice.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps and referring URL. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting and capacity planning. They are retained for up to ninety days and are not used for profiling or marketing.
Legal basis and retention
- Cookie consent choice: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) equivalent under PIPEDA principles). Retained until you clear it or reset via the footer control.
- Server logs: legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Retained up to ninety days.
- Contact form: no data collected or retained.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell, share, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. No personal data is transferred outside Canada except where server infrastructure maintenance requires transient processing by our host, under contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request erasure where applicable
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability where technically feasible

Children
This site is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
